- Frame structure and side cover will be of S.S-304 material rest parts & contact parts will be also in SS-304. (Cerntain internal mechanism of the machine, such as Cam, Chain, and sprockets etc. That will be internal & not exposed will be of (M.S)
- 0.25 HP geared motor for unwind unit.
- Rotary Turret for label holding attachment for labeling.
- Servomotor will be of Panasonic make of 2 KW for nip roller.
- 1 HP motor coupled with Bonfiogli gear box for main drive.
- Hot melt glue dispenser unit-1 No of Rotatech make (switzerland make).
- Vacuum pump will be of 3 HP.
- S.S. In feed & S.S out feed conveyor.
- 0.5 HP geared motor of Bonfiglioli/Hindustan make-1 No. (For Conveyor)
- 0.5 HP Frequency Drive: Delta Make 1 No.
- Bearing: 4 Nos. for each conveyor.
- Chain Guard: 1 No.
- Chain (1/2) inch: 1 No.
- Chain Sprocket: 2 Nos. for each conveyor.
